Sex, Gender, and Power: What Kavanaugh Hearing Means for America (Virtual)

Judge Brett Kavanaugh's dramatic Supreme Court hearing has captivated the United States of America. Raw, unprecedented, and highly controversial, this appointment has added fuel to intense partisan gridlock as the November midterms creep closer. I seek to discuss this hearing in a space that moves beyond the binaries of 'yes' or ’no' votes. Instead, I hope to explore the issues of sex, gender, patriarchy, entitlement, due process, and justice that underpin this feeding frenzy in an open and collaborative fashion. Join me for an hour and a half of truth-seeking and vulnerable conversation about the impact of this hearing on American culture, and more critically, on our personal lives.

Those who RSVP will receive a Zoom video-conference link for joining the conversation the day before.
